The hotel is in a great location near parades, local restaurants, and a fantastic casino. The room was very clean, well-organized, and had a wonderful view of the city.

It would need a desk because the only table is there is crowded with the water service. There should be a lower rate in the parking facility for hosts.

Not much to be honest

Hotel was absolutely the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Floors in lobby and elevator were sticky and covered in just disgusting stuff. People had spit in the elevator and on and on. Told the concierge and she made up some excuse that the night staff never showed up. Also, paid for a certain kind of room, and got a tiny little room instead. Once again was told that there were no guarantees since I booked it through Booked.net.

This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and the customer service is top-notch. The room is stylish and tidy, with cozy beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. everything here is just great! 🌟

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel facilities were great, and I especially enjoyed the easy access to the casino. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to the French Quarter and right next to the open market. I also found it convenient to explore the greater New Orleans area. The staff was friendly and provided prompt service. I had a wonderful experience.

My room was not clean. Carpet was grossly stained. I had no comforter or spread on my bed. I was not given a smoke free room as requested. I was promised things when I booked on line and when I arrived it was a different story. I'm a senior citizen and I was alone and they put be in an area that was not visible enough.

This place is conveniently located near Bourbon Street and within walking distance to both the Union train station and the French Quarter, making it easy to explore the area. The Steakhouse is also just a short 5 minute walk away, offering a delicious dining option nearby.

Stayed in a really big and modern room with a great view, loved it! The location was awesome, with the French Quarter just a short 10-15 minute stroll away. 🌆

The staff was wonderful, professional, and hospitable! They provided us with great insight on where to go in the city for leisure and were extremely knowledgeable on what restaurants to eat at! Every restaurant they recommended was fantastic and the casino was exciting too! I highly recommend others to stay here and I am sure they will have as great of a time as we did!

The staff at Harrah's New Orleans Hotel & Casino were fabulous. The hotel's location was GREAT. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities in our room, including a personal safe, cable channels, and a sitting area. The room was very clean. The on-site restaurant, The Steakhouse, was a bonus. We had dinner there.

Room amenities and size were nice. Wife particularly liked the lighted mirror. Room was quiet.

Do not think frayed rugs, poorly hung drape behind the bed, uneven dust covers, etc. were appropriate when I'm paying over $300. a night. Could not believe another $42 a night for parking if you do not hit the casino. Am accustomed to having the casino in the hotel. Wife didn't care for weak coffee in room.
